Julie Callsen co-moderated an international panel of three lawyers discussing “New Trends in Class Actions” at the Thirteenth Annual Women in Products Liability Regional CLE Workshop on November 15 in Boston. The panel addressed Canadian and United States rules applicable to class action proceedings. The workshop was sponsored by the Women in Products Liability Subcommittee of the Products Liability Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association.
