On November 16, John McCaffrey presented at “Thinking on Your Feet: The Essential Skill of a Trial Lawyer,” a trial advocacy seminar featuring some of Ohio’s leading trial lawyers, all of whom are Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers. John presented on opening statements and direct examination, and he contributed to a panel discussion on ethics and professionalism in litigation and in the courtroom. The seminar, co-sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), took place in Columbus and was webcast live to Akron, Cleveland, Dayton, and Fairfield.
