On February 25, Joe Koncelik spoke at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Annual President’s Day Seminar & Municipal Law Update. Joe addressed “Hot Topics in Environmental Law for Municipalities.” The annual seminar was sponsored by the CMBA Government Attorneys Section and the Northeast Ohio Law Directors Association.
