On October 11, Jennifer Mesko presented “AI and Insurance” at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s (CMBA) Fall 2024 Insurance Law Seminar. Jenn discussed the large potential gap in insurance coverage created by the emergence of generative artificial intelligence, as well as the risks that arise with the use of AI in the corporate setting, potential avenues for and challenges with coverage under current insurance policies, and the arrival of specialty policies to address AI risk.
