On November 10, Jenn Mesko spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) National Institute on Class Actions in Scottsdale, Arizona. Jenn, who co-chairs the National Institute, both moderated and spoke on a panel providing practical insight into how to seal the deal on a class action settlement to gain final approval. The conference also featured top professors, in-house counsel, and lawyers from both sides of the aisle discussing the latest developments in class action law.
