On March 1, Jayne Juvan served as both facilitator and panelist at a breakout session of “Role of the Board,” presented by Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU). The expert panel shared their experiences, discussed the roles and responsibilities of nonprofit board members, and considered challenges and opportunities facing nonprofits.

The seminar, hosted by Tucker Ellis, also offered presentations and dialogue with program participants, providing them guidelines for effective and meaningful nonprofit board service and a clear understanding of nonprofit board members’ role and expectations.
