On March 12, Jason Torf presented a National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Commercial Services webinar, “Best Practices for Doing Business with a Financially Troubled Customer in Bankruptcy.” Jason provided attendees practical strategies for continuing to do business with a customer in bankruptcy while taking steps to protect their companies. Among the topics discussed were the impact of debtor-in-possession financing and how to assess a customer’s ability to pay.
