On October 18, Grayson Sieg and Erica McGregor led a panel presentation on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s (CMBA) 50^th Annual Estate Planning Institute.  Erica and Grayson discussed the most recent developments in the roll-out of the CTA, gave an overview of Treasury Department guidance and best practices, and addressed specific applications of the CTA to the estate planning practice.
