On June 11, Tom Fawkes, Jason Torf, and Brian Jackiw presented to more than 120 attendees at the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Credit Congress in Las Vegas, Nevada. During their presentation “Legal Remedies for Delinquent Customers,” Tom, Jason, and Brian discussed the myriad of remedies that a creditor can exercise against a non-paying customer, including breach of contract, fraud, recovery of fraudulent transfers, and claims under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
