On March 16 and 17, Tom Fawkes and Brian Jackiw participated in the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Connect Virtual Legal Symposium, where they addressed “Bankruptcy Trends Post-Covid” and “PPP Loan Program and the Impact on the Coming Economy.”  The Legal Symposium brings together leading creditors’ rights and bankruptcy attorneys to discuss current legal issues of interest to the NACM membership.
