On August 15, Ernie Auciello spoke at Medical Malpractice Boot Camp, a National Business Institute (NBI) video webcast designed to provide practical insights from client intake to settlement or trial. In a morning session, Ernie  explored electronic medical records and discovery, including reviews, common user mistakes, audit trails, the latest HIPAA requirements, and social media and text evidence. in his afternoon session, Ernie provided medical malpractice litigation defense tips, including arguments and strategies, finding holes in the plaintiff’s case, depositions, jury selection, and trial tips.
