On November 19, Courtenay Jalics and Chelsea Smith spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2021 Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference in Boston. Courtenay, co-chair of the ABA’s Women in Products Liability Committee, moderated a panel discussing the unique vantage point of female litigators in prosecuting, defending, and trying cases involving products designed for women. Chelsea participated on a panel discussing the class action settlement process and strategies for resolution.
