Caroline Tinsley and Jonathan Cooper presented at the 2023 DRI Talc Litigation Seminar, held August 16-18 in Washington, D.C.

On August 16, Caroline – DRI’s Talc Litigation Committee Program Vice Chair – co-presented a session on the trends in juror impressions of critical issues influencing settlement and address how best to identify jurors with a predisposed bias during voir dire.

On August 17, Jonathan co-presented a lively session discussing the differences between FDA product testing and the recommendations of the FDA’s Interagency Working Group on Asbestos in Consumer Products (IWGACP) white paper.
