On September 11, Brian Brookey participated on a panel at the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) 2023 Annual Meeting in Boston. Brian and his co-panelists discussed the topic of increasing the diversity of lead IP trial counsel, including statistics regarding the current demographic makeup of trial counsel, the importance of increasing trial counsel diversity, strategies for increasing diversity, and barriers to achieving that goal.
