Brian Brookey presented at DRI’s Intellectual Property Litigation Seminar, held May 8-10 in Austin, Texas. Given that the type and frequency of motions differ between IP practices, Brian addressed the constant challenge of maximizing cost awards from the court, providing tips on optimizing litigation strategies and submissions to increase clients’ chances of being awarded attorneys’ fees.
