On June 13, Ben Sassé spoke at the OACTA 2014 Appellate Advocacy Seminar. Ben discussed “Ohio Supreme Court Practice Tips for Defense Lawyers,” including tips for preserving issues for Supreme Court review, preparing jurisdictional memoranda, drafting merit briefs, and approaching oral argument. Other speakers included Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor.
