On November 14, Art Mertes was a panelist at “Legal Issues in M&A,” an event sponsored by MBBI (Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries) Illinois. The panel was composed of top middle-market M&A lawyers presenting different perspectives on issues such as the rise in post-close disputes, the increasing importance of proper due diligence, and how to best leverage this “low point” in middle-market M&A.
