Tax practitioners are still sorting out the effects of the new tax laws in order to provide sound advice to clients. Donors and charitable organizations are not sheltered from the need to adapt to the changes. This session will review important aspects of the new tax reform law and new pronouncements interpreting the law, with a focus on how charitable giving is affected, as well as donor options for maximizing their philanthropic dollars. |
