Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession

Tucker Ellis is a proud partner of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Founded in 2009, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.

Our 2025 LCLD Class – Ed Racek (Fellows Program) and Tayler Gill and Edet Nsemo (Pathfinder Program) attended LCLD’s 2025 Spring Meetings in San Diego.

Tucker Ellis has sponsored several attorneys to take part in LCLD’s career development programs:

  • The Fellows program is a landmark career development program designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys. The goal of this program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities. Fellows are distinguished by demonstrated leadership skills, serving as impact players within their organizations, community engagement, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • The Pathfinder program is a critical career development training program designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys. The goal of this program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.

In 2024, LCLD recognized Tucker Ellis as a Top Performer for demonstrating a high level of participation in LCLD’s initiatives and programs throughout the year. Learn more in our news item here.
