Founded in 2009, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.

Tucker Ellis has sponsored several attorneys to take part in LCLD’s career development programs:
- The Fellows program is a landmark career development program designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys. The goal of this program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities. Fellows are distinguished by demonstrated leadership skills, serving as impact players within their organizations, community engagement, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- The Pathfinder program is a critical career development training program designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys. The goal of this program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.
