Our Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs) are designed to connect diverse members of our workforce with resources to help them thrive.
IRGs provide education, networking, support, mentoring, and other resources to attorneys and staff from underrepresented groups to help ensure that everyone at our firm feels accepted, visible, and free to be their authentic selves.
Tucker Ellis has established IRGs for women and members of the African American, AAPINHMENA (Asian-American, Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, Middle Eastern, and North African), Hispanic/Latino, Jewish, and LGBTQ+ communities, including allies. The IRGs organize and facilitate cultural appreciation events, speaking engagements and roundtable discussions, peer fellowship activities, and professional development programs. These activities affirm that Tucker Ellis is a safe and welcoming place for diverse communities.
