On May 25, Carl Muller, Christine Snyder, and Melissa Kelly spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Advanced Labor and Employment Law Seminar. Carl, Christine, and Melissa presented “New Beginnings: Considerations for Post-COVID-19 Returns to Work,” addressing the most frequently asked questions for employment attorneys, employee privacy concerns, continuing remote work for employees, the obligation to maintain a safe work environment, and COVID-19 litigation trends. Carl, who served on the program’s planning committee, also moderated a separate session on in-person and virtual mediations.
