On October 14, Tom Fawkes and Brian Jackiw presented to the National Association of Credit Management’s U.S. & Canadian Tire Manufacturers Industry Credit Group on the enforcement of security interests under both United States and Canadian law. This group consists of representatives of many of the largest tire manufacturers in North America.
