On May 8, lgbTE  – Tucker Ellis’s LGBTQ+ affinity group – hosted a Zoom presentation, “Title VII & LGBTQ Employees: Which Way Will the Post-Kennedy Supreme Court Swing?” The presentation explores Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and whether it protects employees against discrimination based on their sexual orientation and gender identity. lgbTE Chair Brian Brookey and Chad Eggspuehler discussed three important cases argued in October and currently pending before the Supreme Court of the United States.
