On May 9, Justin Eddy presented at a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar, “Handling Real Estate Transactions from Start to Finish” in Cleveland, Ohio. Aimed at attorneys, in-house counsel, paralegals, and real estate and title insurance professionals, the seminar provided the fundamentals of real estate transactions, including information on closings, regulations and case law, local procedures, and ethics.
