On February 13, Chad Eggspuehler moderated a lunchtime debate hosted by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) on Ohio House Bill 160, known as “The Ohio Fairness Act.” The debate is the latest in CMBA’s  “Hot Talks” series. Leading the conversation was Alana Jochum, Executive Director of Equality Ohio and Professor David Forte, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, who discussed the bill and its implications for Ohio businesses.
