On November 21, Ben Sassé spoke at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) in Cleveland. Ben conducted a breakout session on OACTA’s amicus program, where shared strategies for soliciting amicus support as a defense lawyer and drafting an amicus brief that is persuasive and helpful to the court.
