On June 19, Ashley Gault participated on a panel at CREW Cleveland’s Past Presidents’ Leadership Luncheon. The panelists discussed challenging issues and possible unintended consequences of the #MeToo Movement for women in real estate. Among the topics addressed was whether companies are changing their guidelines to minimize contact with female employees as a way to minimize the risk of sexual harassment, effectively depriving women of valuable mentorship.
