On April 7, Monica Williams Monroe was a panelist at the American Bar Association (ABA) Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Committee’s 26th Annual Spring CLE Meeting. Monica joined experienced experts and members of the defense and plaintiff bars to discuss what is driving the asbestos litigation into its next decade in American jurisprudence. The meeting was held April 6-8 in Phoenix, Arizona.
