On May 24, Peter Voudouris spoke at “Expert Witnesses: Using Ohio Court Rules to Your Advantage,” an NBI seminar in Cleveland. The course focused on strategic use of the rules of evidence and procedure to maximize the effectiveness of experts while discounting the validity of opposing experts’ experience and methodology. Peter discussed cross- and direct examination of expert witnesses.
