On January 28, Sherry Knutson moderated a plenary session of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint CLE Seminar. The panel explored the unique issues associated with “discovery about discovery,” including preparation of a party representative to testify about preservation, collection, and production efforts and potential waiver of privilege in attorney-client communications relating to those efforts. The seminar was held January 26-28 in Squaw Valley, California.
