On October 30, Vicky Vance spoke at the 2015 Health Care Conference hosted by the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA). In her presentation, “Hot Topics in Health Law,” Vicky explored the latest updates on landmark antitrust appeals and other challenges, and assessed the status of the Affordable Care Act in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in King v. Burwell. Vicky finished with a review of the most significant 2015 federal and state regulatory and enforcement actions.
