On November 9, Laura Kingsley Hong spoke at DRI’s annual Asbestos Medicine Seminar. Laura joined Cathy Mohan of McCarter & English to explore recent alleged ethical violations in litigation, court findings, and litigants’ responses to those allegations. The seminar was held November 8-9 in Austin, Texas.
