On September 13, Ludgy LaRochelle was a panelist at Part III of The Mayor’s Forum on Workplace Readiness, Entrepreneurs: Starting a Business and Sustaining a Business, in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Ludgy discussed human resources issues, including processes used in hiring employees and/or contractors and employer and employee legal requirements. The forum was a collaboration of Warrensville Heights and NEO First Suburbs Development Council.
