On August 22, Ludgy LaRochelle presented “Innovations and How to Protect Them” on a panel at The Presidents’ Council Business Conference. The panelists discussed trademarks, patents, copyrights, and licensing; insurance coverage, property, D&O, and advertising; HR, labor, and employment; and intellectual property and brand protection. The conference, presented in collaboration with Downtown Cleveland Alliance and Greater Cleveland Partnership on Economic Inclusion, was held at Cuyahoga Community College, Corporate College East in Cleveland, Ohio.
