On November 15, Sherry Knutson hosted a session of “Cooking and Conversation,” part of the IADC Foundation Social Series. The series presents informal, one-hour cooking demonstrations and conversation based on recipes from the IADC Foundation’s new cookbook, International Accumulation of Delightful Cuisine. Sherry, with the assistance of her husband Rupert Vaughan and son Xavier Vaughan, demonstrated how to make lefse, a family Thanksgiving tradition from Sherry’s grandmother.
