A team of Tucker Ellis attorneys led by Chaz Weber and including Jennifer Roth represented First National Bank as a participant lender on the senior construction financing for the INTRO project in Cleveland, Ohio. Once completed, the $140 million+ INTRO project will be the largest mass timber frame project in the United States with 36,000 square feet of retail and 300 apartments.
