On January 9, Bunzl plc, an international distribution and services group based in London, announced that it has acquired Joshen Paper & Packaging, a Cleveland-based company that operates from locations across the United States. Joshen distributes packaging and other goods not for resale to customers operating principally in the grocery sector.
