A team of Tucker Ellis attorneys led by Chaz Weber and including Dana Rogers represented KeyBank National Association as the lead lender and administrative agent for a syndicate of banks on a $200 million revolving and term unsecured credit facility, with a potential accordion increase up to $400 million. The credit facility includes swing line and letter of credit subfacilities, and is supported by an asset pool initially consisting of 13 multifamily projects located across four western states.
