Lisa Carteen Joins Tucker Ellis as Business Litigation Counsel in Los Angeles

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Lisa Carteen has joined the firm as counsel in the Los Angeles office.

Carteen practices in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, and employment. In her commercial litigation practice, she represents clients ranging from emerging companies to multinational corporations in the retail, consumer products, and technology sectors. She has significant experience defending business litigation cases and counseling clients on matters involving the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate disputes, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and shareholder disputes. In her intellectual property practice, Carteen counsels startups, manufacturers, and retailers in prosecuting and defending patents, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, and copyrights. Her law practice also includes prosecuting and defending employment matters, including sales representative commission claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Carteen received her law degree from Campbell University School of Law and her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Southern California. She is licensed to practice in California and North Carolina.
