Tucker Ellis Welcomes Four Associate Attorneys

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that four associate attorneys have joined the firm’s Cleveland office.
Michael Costello is a member of the Tucker Ellis Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He advises company founders, management, and boards of directors on corporate law matters. He is experienced in structuring startup businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts involving industries that include minerals and mining, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail. Before joining Tucker Ellis, Mr. Costello was an M&A associate for three years with Jones Day. Mr. Costello received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was a Dean’s Scholar and a member of the Connecticut Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University.
Megan Miller is a trial and appellate attorney who represents public and private entities in complex business litigation. She assists clients in business disputes involving commercial contracts, corporate governance, bankruptcy and insolvency, insurance coverage, employment, and federal and state securities law compliance. She also defends medical and pharmaceutical companies against product liability and personal injury claims. Before joining Tucker Ellis, Ms. Miller clerked for the Honorable Kay Woods of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Miller received her law degree summa cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she served on the Moot Court Board of Governors and as research editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from John Carroll University.
Peter Reed analyzes and briefs complex issues for his colleagues in the Tucker Ellis Trial Department. A former law clerk for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, he brings a fundamental understanding of judicial decision-making to his work. Mr. Reed received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was article editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Patrick Henry College.
Charissa Walker is a member of the Tucker Ellis Medical & Pharmaceutical Liability Group. She offers clients a unique perspective based on her prior experience in the public sector as a law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth S. McHargh of the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Her familiarity with the inner workings of chambers enables her to critically analyze legal arguments and effectively represent clients. Ms. Walker received her law degree summa cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she was business editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Kent State University.
