Tucker Ellis Deepens National IP Litigation Practice With Brookey and Lauridsen

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to welcome Brian Brookey and Steven Lauridsen to the firm’s Los Angeles office, deepening the firm’s capabilities in its national intellectual property litigation practice.
Mr. Brookey joins the firm as a Partner, bringing experience at the trial and appellate level involving matters of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair competition. He also handles contested trademark matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He earned his law degree at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his undergraduate degree magna cum laude at Pepperdine University.
Mr. Lauridsen joins Tucker Ellis as Counsel. He represents companies of all sizes in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He advises clients on matters concerning numerous technologies and industries, with particular emphasis on computer software. Mr. Lauridsen is experienced in litigating matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He earned his law degree at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude at the University of Pennsylvania.
