Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Mollie Benedict has been named Partner-in-Charge of its Los Angeles office, and Lance Wilson has been named Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Mollie Benedict takes on this new role while continuing to chair the firm’s medical and pharmaceutical liability practice. She has extensive experience handling pharmaceutical and medical device matters and coordinating strategy for nationwide litigation.

Ms. Benedict received her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa. She is an active member of the Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Defense Counsel, serving in leadership positions with both organizations.

Lance Wilson is a trial lawyer in mass tort and product liability defense. He represents manufacturers of aviation engines and aircraft accessories, automotive products, HVAC equipment, welding products, electrical controls, boilers, valves and pumps in products liability and toxic tort litigation.

Mr. Wilson received his law degree cum laude from Brigham Young University and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge. He is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
