On January 21, Scott Stitt spoke at an insurance law CLE seminar presented by the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ). Scott gave attendees an “ERISA Litigation Update: Subrogration and Other Hot Issues Before the U.S. Supreme Court.” The seminar, held in Dublin, Ohio, was also simultaneously broadcast online through the OAJ website.
