On April 17, David Steele, Faustina Lee, and Dina Roumiantseva will serve as Practising Law Institute (PLI) faculty at a PLI program, “Policing and Enforcing Against Infringing and Malicious Domain Names.” David, Faustina, and Dina will focus on best practices for monitoring domain names, establishing internal protocols and communications for in-house teams, and identifying levels of risk and options for enforcement, including Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP) and other administrative proceedings, Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) litigation, and other mechanisms for recovery.
