Adam J. Marquart
Adam Marquart is a finance and transactional attorney with a focus on commercial finance, real estate transactions, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) financing.
Adam represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial, real estate-backed, asset-based, and ESOP financing transactions, handling all stages of the loan process—from structuring and negotiation to closing.
