Marquart, Adam

Adam J. Marquart

Adam Marquart is a finance and transactional attorney with a focus on commercial finance, real estate transactions, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) financing.

Adam represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial, real estate-backed, asset-based, and ESOP financing transactions, handling all stages of the loan process—from structuring and negotiation to closing. Adam regularly drafts and negotiates loan documents, reviews title and survey matters, and facilitates seamless closings by coordinating key transaction elements.

In addition to his finance practice, Adam advises clients on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate. He has experience with a wide range of property types, including office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, hotels, and residential developments. His comprehensive understanding of both real estate and finance enables him to guide clients through complex transactions with a practical, business-oriented approach.

Beyond financing transactions, Adam counsels private companies on ESOP implementation and structuring, ensuring they achieve their business and succession planning goals. His ability to navigate the intersection of finance, corporate structuring, and real estate makes him a valuable resource for clients seeking strategic transactional guidance.
