On February 21, Joe Morford spoke at a program co-presented by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and the Law & Leadership Institute. In “Creating Equitable & Inclusive Workplaces in the Current Legal Landscape,” four panels composed of legal leaders discussed best practices for maintaining equitable work cultures based on current precedent and shared their own experiences. Joe was part of a panel exploring “Strategies for Inclusivity in an Uncertain Future.”
