Meghan McDonnell has been selected for the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2025. The annual year-long program is dedicated to the principles of leadership empowerment, business development, and mentoring. The course is composed of monthly large group training sessions and periodic small group accountability sessions facilitated by faculty members in a supportive forum for goal setting, sharing successes, discussing obstacles/challenges, and providing encouragement.
