Racek, Gill, and Nsemo Named to 2025 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
January 16, 2025
Tucker Ellis LLP has named Ed Racek, Tayler Gill, and Edet Nsemo as members of the 2025 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
Ed has been named to the 2025 Class of LCLD Fellows Program. A year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building, LCLD’s flagship program was created in 2011 to fill gaps in learning and provide support for mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations. The program features class and regional meetings, including panel and guest speaker presentations, small group breakouts, and individualized instruction; learning experiences hosted by LCLD Member corporations; accountability partners to offer peer support; and virtual programming.
Tayler and Edet have been named to the 2025 LCLD Pathfinder Program. Law firm participants in the Pathfinder Program are early-career emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations with three to seven years of professional legal experience. The seven-month professional development program focuses on foundational leadership and relationship-building and gives participants the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession, as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Like the Fellows Program, the Pathfinders Program features class and regional meetings and virtual learning sessions, as well as e-learning online modules, supportive peer circles, and a program facilitator to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
