Justin Eddy has been elected President of the NAIOP Northern Ohio Chapter for 2025. NAIOP passed the gavel to Justin at its annual meeting on December 4. A leading organization for developers, owners, and investors of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate, NAIOP offers members networking and new business opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations, new avenues for professional development, and strong legislative representation. Justin previously served the NAIOP Northern Ohio Chapter as its Vice President, President-Elect, and Education Committee Co-Chair.
