On February 24, a Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court jury delivered an 8-0 defense verdict in favor of Tucker Ellis client Cleveland Clinic. Following a two-week trial, the jury unanimously agreed in under three hours of deliberations that the medical care provided was appropriate.
